Pavlyshyna A. Criminalistics providing of proving in criminal productions about crimes in the field of the drug dealing

Theoretical principles and practical aspects of the criminalistics providing of exposure, fixing, estimation and use of proofs and realization of finishing telling are considered in criminal realizations about crime in the sphere of the drug dealing. The modern state of scientific development of problem of counteraction to the illegal drug dealing and criminalistics providing of finishing telling is described in criminal realizations of this category. The criminalistics analysis of constituents of the drug dealing is carried out as the criminal phenomenon and the necessity of development of criminalistics facilities that provide finishing telling during investigation of such crimes is well-proven. A concept, essence, task, is exposed, maintenance of constituents of the criminalistics providing of finishing telling during pre-trial investigation of crimes in the field of the drug dealing, as that come forward technique-criminalistics, tactic-criminalistics and methodology-criminalistics providing. Proposals on ways and means of using scientific developments in forensic technology, tactics, methods in ensuring the gathering of evidence and proof of participation by the participants in criminal proceedings, suggestions are made to supplement certain norms of the current CPC of Ukraine, the purpose of which is to improve the possibilities of gathering evidence.
