Dissertation is addressed to scientific research of theoretical and practical dispositions connected with execution of detention by an authorized officer. When considering the special aspects of the procedural registration of the detention, thesis is based in that the protocol of detention must remain the same subject who conducted the appropriate procedural actions and personally observed the consequential facts and circumstances, i. e. by an authorized officer. Also in the context of the ensuring of the mentioned lawfulness, relevant issues of the improvement of the procedural form of detention by an authorized officer are considered and appropriate suggestions are formed, to be executed in spheres of creation of regulatory acts and law enforcement.
