Pavlyshyn B. Technical and forensic support of pre-trial investigation of murders

Dissertation is the first in home criminalistics science special complex research of theoretical bases and practical questions of the technical and forensic providing of pre-trial investigation of murders. Positions are in-process set forth and reasonable and conclusions, mattering for criminalistics science, inquisitional and expert practice. The degree of studied of problems of the criminalistics providing of investigation of these crimes is shown in labours of home and foreign scientists. Drawn conclusion about the necessity of substantial developments for the technical and forensic providing of such investigations. Determination of the technical and forensic providing of pre-trial investigation of murders is offered as to research, organizational and informative activity on development, introduction and practical use of technical equipments, technologies, receptions, methods and methods in practical activity of all participants pre-trial.
