Essay

The economic essence, components and factors of competitive advantages of the enterprise are investigated. The conditions for the formation of competitive advantages from the position of the theory of systems in the hierarchical sub-series of subsystems, components, and elements are determined. The factors of influence on the competitive advantages of the garment industry enterprise have been determined by their competitive strategy. The system of indicators is substantiated and a methodical approach to the assessment of the company's competitive advantages based on three main subsystems (market, resource, institutional determinants) and components and elements is developed. The conceptual approach to the creation of a dynamic system for managing the competitive advantages of an enterprise with the structuring of the stages and processes of managing their development at the strategic and tactical levels, which is considered on an adaptive basis, has been developed. The conditions for selecting a competitive strategy for sewing enterprises using a strategic positioning matrix based on the competitiveness and attractiveness of the market are determined, and strategic measures are developed to implement a competitive strategy and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.
