The process of braking a wheeled tractor with a steady hydrostatic mechanical transmission. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of braking of wheeled tractors with continuous hydraulic and mechanical transmissions by choosing the method of braking and the shape and duration of the change in the parameter of regulation of hydrostatic mechanical transmission. The dissertation research is based on the methods of mathematical analysis, which highlight the interconnection of the methods of braking the wheeled tractor HTZ-21021 with kinematic, power and energy indices of continuous hydrostatic mechanical transmission -1C. The Runge-Kutta method is used to integrate differential equations in the process of wheel travel. The statistical method is used to determine the error in the analysis of theoretical and experimental results, the Huck-Jevsy method was used to find a rational change in the parameter of the hydromachines hydrostatic transmission during braking. Mathematically described and experimentally, in the conditions of the simulation stand, the expediency of using the forms of change in the parameter of regulation of hydrostatic mechanical transmission has been confirmed in order to achieve the maximum inhibitory efficiency, which has been used on hydrostatic mechanical transmission -1C with electron-proportional control. The developed basis for the complex analysis of the braking process of wheeled tractors equipped with hydrostatic mechanical transmission has allowed to substantiate the location of the kinematic gap, which at the design stage enables to evaluate the efficiency of braking in all possible ways. The methodology for estimating the interconnection of methods of inhibition of wheeled tractors with hydrostatic mechanical transmission with their kinematic, power and energy parameters is substantiated, which, in contrast to the known researches, allows us to estimate the braking process for a transmission with a "differential at the outlet". The hypothesis about the rational form of the dependence of the hydrostatic mechanical transmission control parameter on time, which, unlike the known methods, is based on the curved form of the control parameter that provides the most efficient braking of the wheeled tractor is confirmed. The theory of inhibition of the wheeled tractor with a hydrostatic mechanical transmission has been further developed, which differs from the existing ones: the compression fluid volume, the working fluid elastic modulus, the features of the braking process combined with the normal brake system and the hydrostatic transmission, and various braking techniques. The results of the dissertation work are implemented in the practice of research and development works of JSC KhTZ, LLC SPETSKRAN, as well as in the educational process of the department of automobile and tractor construction NTU "KhPI". Automobile and tractor construction.
