Volk N. Administrative-legal adjusting of activity of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine

Dissertation is sanctified to research of problem questions of the administrative-legal adjusting of activity of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine. In dissertation, the legal analysis of the modern state of activity of the state comes true in forming of public policy in pharmaceutical industry, general theoretic concepts «administrative-legal adjusting» open up as a legal category. Administrative-legal activity of subjects of public administration opens up during standardization, licensing and certification of medicinal facilities, principles of state administration of pharmaceutical industry open up. The system and subjects of public management of pharmaceutical industry are certain. A task, functions and plenary powers of subjects of public management, is analysed. The institute of administrative responsibility is analysed, the subjects of offences and authorized executive bodies, that must fold protocols for violation in industry of standardization, certification, licensing, sanitary-epidemiological norms, are certain, at violation of control of medicinal facilities and pricing. It is marked on importance of public control that comes true under time: productions; registrations; storage; transportation; realization; utilizations and eliminations; price adjusting of medicinal facilities. On that, ground suggestions and recommendations are formed and reasonable in relation to perfection of current legislation of Ukraine and normative acts in the investigated industry.
