Savenko H. Administrative and legal support of the European integration processes in the ecological sphere of Ukraine

The work deals with the characteristics of administrative and legal regulation of social relations in the ecological field in the context of the European integration aspirations of Ukraine. On the basis of scientific publications in the field of law, laws of Ukraine, subordinate regulations, international experience and legislation generalization of the practice of their implementation, defined and generalized administrative-legal and organizational basis to ensure European integration processes in the ecological sphere in Ukraine, described the specific forms and methods of support and formed proposals to adapt existing legislation and practice with the requirements of regulations and standards of the EU. Defined in the context of the disclosure of the essential aspects of European integration processes in Ukraine concepts and content integration processes. The characteristic of the priority provisions of European integration policy of Ukraine in modern conditions. Studied European standards in the ecological field as part of the institutional, administrative and legal support European integration processes in the ecological sphere in Ukraine. Analyzed the institutional framework of European integration processes in the ecological industry in Ukraine. The features and problems of organizational and legal support European integration processes in the ecological sphere and Ukraine formed directions and recommendations on formation of strategy of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union in the ecological field. The ways of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European standards, presented recommendations for the implementation of ecological reform of Ukraine as part of integrated action in the direction of European integration processes.
