Golovko O. Information legal policy of Ukraine in the sphere of human safety in the mediaspace

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of human safety in the media space. An essential understanding of the state information legal policy is developed according to the conditions of new geopolitical challenges and socio-economic situation in Ukraine. The comprehensive analysis of the notion of information legal policy of Ukraine is conducted, the main directions and trends of its realization are revealed. The problems of the current state of introduction certain organizational and legal measures are determined. Significant contribution of the author of the research is in the development of conceptual terms and concepts, regarding the clarification of the concept of «personal media safety», «media space», «information victimization» etc. Individual attempts have been made to determine the components of human safety in the media space and to systematize knowledge about the main security categories as «dangers», «threats», «effects», etc. An important area of work is the development of conceptual basis of political and legal measures for preventing threats and effects of personal and public information safety in the media space in Ukraine, assessment of the current status of introduction the information legal policy of Ukraine. The directions and tools for the prevention of dangers and threats of a personal safety in the media space and tools of protection from them are determined. The work reveals the weaknesses and shortcomings of modern human safety in the media space and the legal aspects of its provision. An analysis of the legal regulation of information relations and the degree of state guarantee of information rights and freedoms are carried out. The progressive ways of improving the political legal measures for ensuring human safety in the media space are proposed. Conceptual policy legal measures to counter the dangers and threats for human safety in the media space have been developed. The ways of increasing the effectiveness of practical means of improving political and legal measures to counter threats and threats to human safety in the media space have been found and substantiated.
