Essay

In this dissertation posed and have solved actual task of improving the reliability of three-phase metering systems operate in conditions of partial refuses by reliable power measurements, by faulty backup channel measurement serviceable counter channels, through the introduction of functional redundancy of information using the latest correction factors. The study of energy processes in the electricity metering systems have done. Investigated the measurement of electricity metering system based on two- and three-piece electronic meters at their partial refusal of functioning. The mathematical model of the corrective factor to the amount of electricity, measured in terms of partial failure of functioning the power management system, which takes into account the asymmetry coefficient currents and can used for different types of metering systems, depending on the variant per phase failure function. Have been designed the block-simulation models for various types of electric power metering systems, which allow us to estimate the error of power measurement and obtain the appropriate correction factors to erroneously measured volume of electricity. Only allocated 13 correction coefficients can be applied to 46 types of electricity metering systems depending on the version of the failure function. The received values of corrective coefficients depend on the type of accounting system, in particular, from the nature of the load, failure of the functioning and layout of a measuring complex. The expediency of a new method of improving the reliability of functioning of system of accounting on the basis of mutual redundancy (duplication) of the measurement channels of the counter by introducing their functional and information redundancy in the face of partial failures. The results of the thesis in a new way make it possible, in the presence of hidden partial failures, increase the reliability of functioning of modern systems of accounting on the basis of electronic meters in three-phase three-wire networks through mutual redundancy (backup) channel counter measurement due to the automatic introduction of the adjustment coefficient to the error of the measured amount of electricity to adjust to the uncertainty of the measurement of electricity, which ultimately leads to more reliable measurement information concerning the amount of electricity.
