The object of the research is the process of formation of asynchronous discrete systems of enterprises’ business-processes. The research aims to development of theoretical and applied principles of constructing toolkits for implementation of the process approach at the stages of design, structuring and restructuring of business processes of enterprises. The author used such methods as: systematization, comparison and generalization, systematic approach, sets theory methods, graph theory, cluster analysis, simple Petri Networks, higher- level Petri networks (time and color). The theoretical value of the thesis refers to improvement of theoretical foundations for the construction of tools for implementation of the process approach at the stages of design, structuring and restructuring of business processes of enterprises. The practical significance of the results is to develop methodical and application support for detailed design, structuring and restructuring of business processes based on their analysis as asynchronous discrete systems and simple and higher- level Petri networks. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time the method of structuring and restructuring the enterprise as an asynchronous discrete system based on a hierarchical cluster analysis of business processes is constructed, a model of business processes of enterprises in the form of a directed graph, methods of forming the space of states of the production system, models of business processes of enterprises is improved, methods for evaluating system performance with queues are developed. The subject of research refers to methods, models and tools for the formation of asynchronous discrete systems of business processes of enterprises. Author’s recommendations are used during the formation of asynchronous discrete systems of business processes of enterprises. The sphere for the use of author’s recommendations is the enterprise.
