Denysevych A. Legal regulation of the assessment of the professional level of employees

The thesis is devoted to a complex study of the features of the legal regulation of the assessment of the professional level of employees in modern conditions in accordance with the current legislation, carried out on the basis of an analysis of the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, the norms of international legal, foreign and Ukrainian legislative acts. The concept of professional level and assessment of the professional level of employees is formed in the work, key features that are inherent in the notion of "professional level" as categories of labor law are established. The author has explored the principles on which the institute for assessing the professional level of employees is based. The main functions of law that are implemented in the process of applying the norms regarding the assessment of the professional level of employees, their significance and impact on labor relations are analyzed.
