The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the actual scientific and practical task of dentistry - improvement of clinical and laboratory methods of diagnosis and increase of the effectiveness of treatment in patients with acute purulent odontogenic inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial area by introducing into the medical practice the methods of plasma-enriched blood platelets and synthetic adaptogens on the basis of oxyethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate and a preparation comprising a complex of natural non-proteinaceous low molecular weight anichnyh non-hormonal compounds.
