The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency and improvement of clinical and laboratory stages of functional and aesthetic orthopedic treatment of patients with pathology of hard tissues of the frontal area without metal ceramic constructions, proceeding from changes in the parameter of biological width as a vertical component of the periodontal complex of the tooth. According to the results of clinical-radiological, mathematical and morphological studies, the use of the method for evaluating the parameters of biological width in a planimetric coordinate system with the designation of its vertical derivative has been substantiated, which allows to statistically take into account this criterion in the structure of complex planning of orthopedic rehabilitation with the definition of its dependence on the indicators of the alveolar crest, It will be surrounded by soft tissues, the combined factor of the effect of pre-performed dental treatment, with minimum potential risk of iatrogenic complications to 8,9%
