Vaskivska K. Administrative and legal principles of regulation of preferential housing loans for youth in Ukraine

On the basis of complex research of administrative and legal regulation problems of preferential housing loans for youth in Ukraine, theoretical categories are developed, the administrative-legal bases of formation of state youth house crediting are formulated, the subjects of its regulation and its administrative and legal status are designated. The nature and mechanisms of implementation of existing ways of state support for youth housing loans, including preferential long-term loan, partial compensation of interest rates of loans, reducing of the cost of mortgages and construction (purchase) of affordable housing are revealed from the standpoint of administrative law. The efficiency of these methods of government support in terms of today is determined. Global patterns of mortgage crediting are analyzed and the possibility of implementing the system of preferential housing loans youth in Ukraine is offered. The conclusions and recommendations to improve regulation of state youth housing loans, by making amendments to the normative legal acts are provided.
