As a result of the research, a number of conceptual conclusions were made, a number of new, important scientific provisions that could be used to improve the modern concept of the functioning of the prosecutor's office were advanced and substantiated. The paper proposes to consider the administrative activities of the prosecutor's office as a concept, the peculiarity of which is to understand it as a complex phenomenon, which: is based on specialized legal norms; is a set of administrative procedures aimed at streamlining internal organization processes in the prosecution system, processes of personnel management in this system, as well as interaction with other public and non-governmental institutions; ensures the implementation of administrative and jurisdictional processes; forms the basis for the implementation of the constitutional functions of the prosecutor's office; It is a professional, executive, administrative, organizing, state-power character.
