Shevchenko S. Administrative-legal regulation of police activity on maintenance of public order.

The dissertation deals with the study of the peculiarities of the administrative and legal regulation of police activities regarding the provision of public order in order to improve and develop its potential. The essence of the concept and content of public order and its relation with public order and public security is revealed, and the classification of normative legal acts in the field of public order provision is presented. Which are divided into three groups. It is determined that the subjects of administrative and legal maintenance of public order should be divided into two groups, namely: general - determine the principles of the state's internal policy, determine the strategy of public administration in the field of internal security; special - whose activities are directly aimed at implementing measures to ensure the protection of objects of public security and order.
