Ivanov Y. State policy for diversification of the foreign trade sphere of the national economy

The thesis is aimed at developing the conceptual frameworks, proving the methodological approaches, institutional means and tools to form the effective state policy for diversification of the foreign trade sphere of the national economy. The economic essence of diversification shifts in the field of foreign trade and regulatory mechanisms to govern them are investigated. World experience of the foreign trade sphere diversification as a part of economic development strategy, modern problems and challenges to ensure diversification shifts in Ukraine's foreign trade are analyzed. A comprehensive mechanism for the formation and implementation of the state policy of diversification of the Ukraine’s economy foreign trade sphere on the basis of defined sectoral and geographical priorities of production and export potential development is suggested. Institutional support to ensure diversification shifts in export-import operations in Ukraine is identified.
