Lunin V. Synthesis and properties of diazonation products of 1(2)-amino-9,10-anthracenediones

The thesis is devoted to the development of effective ways of synthesizing new diazonium products of 1 (2) -anino-9,10-anthrazenidones, studying their chemical properties and biological activity. An arylation of 9,10-dioxoanthracenyl-1 (2) diazonium with pyridine is carried out and the influence of the reaction conditions on the formation of reaction products was investigated. Effective methods of "green" synthesis of dithiocarbamate and hydrazone derivatives of 9,10-antratsendones were developed. Approaches to obtaining a number of 1 (2) -exofunctionalised heterocyclic derivatives of 9,10-anthracenodies - 1,2,3-triazole, pyrazole, tetrazole and pyridine was proposed. Promising, moderately toxic compounds with antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, antiplatelet and anti-tumor effects were identified.
