Pyshchyda V. Features of consideration of disputes related to the use and disposal of public property.

The dissertation deals with theoretical synthesis and a new solution of the scientific problem, which is to reveal peculiarities of judicial review and resolution of disputes related to the use and disposal of public property, to determine the procedural defects of the court's activity in relation to their consideration and to identify areas for improvement of the current legislation in the investigated sphere. As a result of the tasks of the study, the following was done. The legal nature of public property as the object of administrative-legal regulation is determined, the jurisdiction of the nature of disputes related to the use and disposal of public property is determined and its public-legal component is specified.
