Dmytrychenko M. Modern mechanisms of transport industry state regulation in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical foundations and substantiation of practical recommendations concerning the development of modern methods and mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the transport industry in Ukraine. The author proposed the conceptual approach to the state regulation of the transport industry, based on a well-founded system of priorities, directions of regulation and target management of the development of the transport system and taking into account the social component of the transport system. The model of regulation of the transport market, which takes into account the peculiarities of market regulators and the state of consumer demand, is improved, which determines the role of the state, allows to propose the concept of the formation of the transport industry regulation system and the organization of an effective mechanism for its implementation. The information-analytical system is proposed for solving the problem of effective state regulation of the transport industry, which contains a functional that allows consistently implement economic and mathematical models of the transport industry in Ukraine. The author provided scientific and practical recommendations on state regulation of the transport industry in the regions of Ukraine.
