Holovko O. State regulation of the construction industry development in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical foundations and substantiation of practical recommendations concerning the development of modern methods and mechanisms of state regulation of the development of the construction industry in Ukraine. The construction industry is a set of institutions, enterprises and industries that provide the production of fixed assets of the national economy as a result of construction activity, have stable, close and mutual economic, organizational, social, technical and technological ties. The research confirmed the existence of statistical dependence between the economic growth of the state, measured by the indicator of the gross domestic product and the development of the construction industry.
