Nosatov I. Regulation of the Sphere of Information Technologies in the National Economy

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical aspects and aims at the definition of practical recommendations and ways of regulating the IT sphere in the national economy as the main component of the transformation of the Ukrainian economy. The socio-economic essence and characteristic features of information economy were determined. The mechanism of integration of the sphere of information technologies with other spheres of the national economy is substantiated. The influence of regulatory acts on the development of the information technology sphere in the national economy is investigated. The present state of the sphere of information technologies in the national economy of Ukraine is analyzed. The scheme of state regulation of the sphere of information technologies in the national economy of Ukraine is proposed. The concept of the development of the national economy in the format of the information economy is substantiated.
