Makarovets A. Administrative and Legal Status of the Court Administration in Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the comprehensive research of the content, structure and peculiarities of administrative and legal status of the court administration in Ukraine and the ways of its improvement. The historical and legal analysis of the development and formation of the modern court administration in Ukraine has been carried out. The peculiarities of the court administration as the subject of administrative and legal relations, its organizational structure and legal principles of the activity have been revealed. The essence and elements of administrative and legal status of the court administration, its tasks, functions, competence and peculiarities of legal liability have been established. The ways of improvement of administrative legislation, which regulates the activities of the court administration in Ukraine, have been determined. Directions for the optimization of the structure and organization of the court administration’s activities have been outlined. The ways of development of the guarantees of realization of administrative and legal status of the court administration in Ukraine have been revealed. The possibilities of using international experience in organizing the activities of the court administration have been determined.
