The thesis deas with study of legal and organizational provision of the regulation of personnel training for the National Police in higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions and the development of scientifically substantiated proposals for its improvement. The place of higher educational institutions with specific training conditions, which provides training for the National Police in the education system of Ukraine, is determined.
