Bazhenova A. Administrative Law Regulation of Licensing of Economic Activity.

The dissertation proposes the solution of a scientific task, which consists in a comprehensive research of the essence and peculiarities of the administrative law regulation oflicensing of economic activity, justification of directions and ways of improving theadministrative legislation and enforcement in this area.The results of the dissertation research are of practical importance, in particular, in law-making – to improve legal regulation and the formation of effective administrative legislation on the licensing of economic activity; and in law-enforcement activities – to improve the practical activity of the agents of administrative law regulation of licensing of economic activity and establish effective interaction with economic entities that intend to conduct or perform licensed activity.
