Essay

The object of study - processes of formation of differential signal of intermediate frequency by selfmixing semiconductor radar of mm-band. The aim of the study - theoretical and experimental investigations of the peculiarities of the formation of signaling and fluctuation characteristics of the frequency driven selfmixing generators. Research methods and apparatus - were used methods: equivalent electrical circuits, the theory of nonlinear oscillations, analytical and numerical solutions of differential equations, and modern digital signal processors. Theoretical and practical results - the peculiarities of the formation of the signal characteristics of the selfmixing generator were established, and an experimental sample of an selfmixing semiconductor radar MM-band with linear frequency modulation was developed. Innovation, degree of implementation - сharacteristics of a selfmixing semiconductor radar exceed known counterparts, a radar designed for use on railway sorting slides. Sphere (industry) use - objects of transport infrastructure and creation of radar sensors and radar.
