Butenko S. Philosophical and legal aspects of property as the basis of democracy

The thesis is a comprehensive study of the historical experience of transformation philosophical and legal content ownership issues at all stages of human development. Established that the processes of transformation of ownership issues and social structure of the state are in a state of interpenetration and interconnection. This trend is clearly decisive influence on ownership of the democratization of society, and vice versa - increasing oppression property rights holders from the state leads to establishing totalitarian rule. Thus, it was concluded that the establishment of full democratic society and the rule of law is impossible without solving the pressing issues of ownership in terms of tolerance, respect and equality of rights of all without exception ownership, including at the level of local communities.
