Demchenko O. Resource Potential of Agrarian Enterprises and Strategy of its Use in a Changing Economic Environment

Оbject is the processes of managing the development of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises. Оbjective is to develop theoretical positions, methodological bases and scientific and practical recommendations for the development of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises in a changing economic environment. Methods - system-structural analysis; classification and grouping; economic and statistical analysis; complex target; graphic and economic-mathematical modeling. Results are a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to improve the formation and efficient use of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises and the strategy of its use in a changing economic environment. Novelty - improved: the conceptual bases of strategic management of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises are proposed; scientific and methodical provisions concerning the formation of the structure of the management system of the resource potential of the agrarian enterprise due to its decomposition on the subsystem; a method for determining the type of development of the resource potential of an agrarian enterprise; methodical tool for measuring mass, dynamics and structure of enterprise resources; classification of factors that influence the development of resource potential of agrarian enterprises in a changing economic environment; has further developed: the conceptual apparatus of science of management of enterprises in part to clarify the content of the concept of "resource potential of agrarian enterprises"; scientific approaches to forming the components of an investment-innovation mechanism for managing the development of resource potential of agrarian enterprises; algorithm for managing the process of formation and implementation of the strategy of development of resource potential of agrarian enterprises; concept of management of development of resource potential of agrarian enterprises.
