The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and the development of practical recommendations on organizational and economic mechanisms for improving the competitiveness of the canning enterprise on the basis of the introduction of innovative technologies. The thesis provides for the first time the substantiation of the scientific approach to the formation of a strategy for achieving a stable level of competitiveness of cannery enterprises through the implementation of innovative transformations, which, unlike the existing approaches, implies the introduction of an integrated package of innovative technologies based on the existing innovation potential, using internal and external measures of promotion the innovation process, which results in the achievement of a high level of food security and balance and Teresa aspects of the innovation process (canning businesses, farmers, innovation infrastructure institutions of the state and society).
