The object of the research is the process of diagnosing of consulting projects for machine-building enterprises. The research aims to development of theoretical and applied principles of diagnosing consulting projects for enterprises. The author used such methods as: morphological analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization, grouping, questioning and empirical research, statistical and dynamic analysis, expert evaluations and ranking, process approach, graphical method, analysis and synthesis. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to development of theoretical principles for the diagnosis of consulting projects for enterprises. The practical significance of the results is to develop methodological and applied support for the diagnosis of consulting projects for enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time graphical-analytical model for diagnosing the results of the implementation of consulting projects is constructed, the mechanism of identifying the effects of diagnosed consulting projects on the activities of machine-building enterprises, the method of managing the diagnosis of the results of the implementation of consulting projects through the introduction of elements of the spiral model, the model of economic evaluation of the implementation of diagnosed consulting projects are improved; typologies of types of diagnostics of consulting projects for enterprises, conceptual model of diagnostics of consulting projects for enterprises are developed. The subject of research refers theoretical and methodological, methodical and applied principle on the implementation of consulting projects at the machine-building enterprises. Author’s recommendations are used during the process of diagnosing consulting projects for enterprises. The sphere for the use of author’s recommendations is the machine-building enterprise.
