The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical problems of the administrative procedure for state registration of real rights to real estate, substantiation of the necessity of introducing into the national legal field categories of «administrative procedures for state registration of real rights to immovable property». The historical-legal aspect of organization of administrative procedures for state registration of real rights to real estate is investigated. The peculiarities of legal regulation of administrative procedures on state registration of real rights to real estate are determined. The concept and content of administrative procedures for state registration of real rights to real estate are disclosed, their classification has been made. Generalized foreign experience of administrative procedures for state registration of real rights to real estate in order to determine the possibilities for its introduction in Ukraine.
