Bozhenko N. Administrative-legal provision of mediation as method of resolving administrative disputes

The thesis is devoted to study of administrative and legal support of mediation as method of resolving administrative disputes, the theoretical foundations of mediation, taking into account foreign practices in the context of the perspectives of its adaptation in Ukraine and the ways of improvement of normative-legal support of mediation in Ukraine as an important scientific problem that needs solving. Reveals the genesis of the institute of mediation, clarified its essence, structure, features, determined legal basis of mediation as method of resolving administrative disputes, the types of mediation practice. Formulated the definition of «аdministrative legal dispute», «institute mediation», «mediation»; theoretically the interrelation between the legal nature of the mediation and socio-psychological phenomena. The author described the current state of administrative and legal support of mediation relative to existing mechanisms that allow to resolve an administrative dispute through conciliation. Developed a draft Unified forms of certificate of the mediator.
