Ashcheulova O. Formation of internal economic reserves of coal-mining enterprises

In the dissertation work on the basis of the conducted scientific researches solved the actual scientific problem, which consists in generalization and development of scientific and methodological foundations, development of tools and practical recommendations for the formation of internal economic reserves in the state sector of the coal industry. The theoretical bases of formation of internal economic reserves of coal-mining enterprises are outlined, their economic essence, factors of influence on formation and methodical approaches to the estimation of internal economic reserves are revealed. The state of formation of internal economic reserves is determined and their influence on the results of coal mining enterprises activity is estimated. The system of management of the imbalance of the structure of the mine fund, taking into account the economic and ecological situation in coal-mining regions, where the long-standing loss-making coal-mining enterprises of the state ownership form are concentrated, was constructed. The new strategy of their development with application of complex diversification of production in the direction of increasing the effectiveness of environmental protection measures against the background of creation of new workplaces, utilization of man-made wastes of coal-mining enterprises and concentrating factories is presented. New directions of the formation of internal economic reserves in the activity of coal-mining enterprises are proposed, as a result of the study of possibilities of adaptation of foreign experience.
