In the dissertation work, on the basis of the study of clinical and immunological features of the course, the establishment of the frequency of development of secondary disaccharidase insufficiency, the effectiveness of treatment of children in the first three years of life, patients with acute intestinal infections of viral etiology, was increased by pathogenetic justification of the use of the preparation containing lactase and also zinc sulfate.
