Katok V. Macroeconomic forecasting and revenue planning of the State Budget of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific problem, which consists in the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations on how to improve the macroeconomic forecasting and planning of the budget revenues on this basis. The essence of macroeconomic forecasting and planning of budget revenues is highlighted, institutional principles and genesis of budget forecasting and planning are investigated. The estimation of domestic practice of macroeconomic forecasting and planning of revenues of the State Budget of Ukraine from the position of target and process approaches has been assessed; the main problems of budget forecasting and planning in Ukraine are identified and structured. The results of the dissertation research grounded the conceptual approaches to strengthening the government's influence on macroeconomic forecasting and planning of revenues of the State Budget of Ukraine, improved the technology for implementing forecast and planning functions of budget revenues management and the modular structure of software products of analytical direction, subordinated to the process of automating budget forecasting and planning.
