This thesis focuses on a comprehensive study of the problems of person rights assurance at the pre-trial investigation stage. There has been identified the state of affairs existing in the field of assurance of the rights and interests of other persons whose rights and legal interests undergo restriction during a pre-trial investigation process, other parties to criminal proceedings, and other persons who have not acquired the procedural status in the course of performance of investigative actions, adoption of procedural decisions, and application of precautionary moves.
