Essay

The work is devoted to a problem of designing of an information and measuring technology aimed to increase quality of monitoring of fueling of sea-based launch vehicle. There is description of a model of the fueling monitoring process which takes place under conditions that comply with operation conditions of the sea-based space system. It is described the information and measuring technology with its mathematical support that by the mean of processing of measuring information decreases a negative impact of unregular disturbance being raised from pitching and of quantization performed by level sensor on fueling inaccuracy as well as recommendations for its implementation into practice. Simulation results and operational properties of the technology are also shown.
