Dissertational work is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific and applied problem, which consists in improving the quality of providing video information services using on-board infocommunication technologies. Shows the stages of creation of a conceptual model of intra-frame effective syntactic coding of segments of video frames on the basis of their transformation, the basic features of which are that the compacted DSS space is formed by vector of structural characteristics, followed by the identification of their coordinate objects on the basis of the biadic principle under gradient unidirectional conditions and imposing restrictions on the dynamic amount of their values, while preserving the integrity of the information. The method of encoding predicted frames of a video stream is developed, which is based on effective syntactic encoding of transformed segments by means of one-dimensional two-base object-position coding in the identifier space, taking into account the inequality of the pair elements along the vector of the syndrome. The modification of the information technology for the processing and transmission of video information flows for onboard systems is based on the effective syntactic representation of predicted frames in the space of the TSS identifiers of the transformed segments representation.
