Essay

The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological aspects and practical recommendations on the effectiveness of the process of functioning for enterprises of meat and product subcomplex. The essence of the category “effectiveness of the processes of functioning and development of enterprises” had been disclosed, which aims at identifying of opportunities to increase of effectiveness. Conceptual apparatus in the context of problem of research by means of elaboration of definitions for concepts “process of functioning”, “process of development” and “mechanism for processes of functioning and development of enterprise” had been improved. The principles, factors and regularities for formation of the effectiveness of the process of functioning of enterprises for the purpose of its estimation are highlighted. Methodological approaches to evaluating of the effectiveness for processes of the functioning and development of enterprises of meat and product subcomplex in the context of the updated concept of relevant implication “resources – structure (behavior) – effectiveness – development of the system” with separation of generalized rate of this effectiveness had been extended. It has been realized estimation of modern condition of the development for enterprises of domestic of meat and product subcomplex with determination of tendencies of this development and it has been proved scientifically influence of the potentials of the processes of the functioning of enterprises of domestic meat and product subcomplex on their further development for the purpose of the adoption of adequate management decisions. Ways of improvement of the processes of the functioning and development of enterprises of meat and product subcomplex with delineation of appropriate mechanism for their effective development in the overall scheme of improving of these processes had been suggested. Strategic directions of further the functioning and development of the enterprises of meat and product subcomplex on the basis of constituents of the effectiveness with design of appropriate proposals had been substantiated. It has been produced the applied implementation of the derived results of scientific researches on the examples of concrete enterprises of the meat and product subcomplex of Vinnytsia oblast of the Ukraine on the basis of models of Burennikova-Yarmolenko for components of efficiency of the processes of functioning of compound systems.
