Kravchuk I. Formation Mechanism of the Network Economy at the Enterprises.

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the theoretical and methodological principles in the process of the formation of the net economy as global economic phenomenon that appeared due to the spread of the use of the information and communications technologies and Internet. The cause-effect relationship that facilitates the development of the network economy, adds new qualities to it, increases the competitiveness of the economy of the enterprise, determines the necessity in the reorganization of production processes, generates or creates new knowledge and implements them into the manufacturing processes is under the study. The comparative analysis revealed the peculiarities of the structural transformation of the business environment in the conditions of the traditional and network economy. The network economy strategies and the perspectives of the enterprise growth are systematized in the thesis, the experience (domestic and foreign) of formation of the net economy with the aim of defining the general and specific features of the net economy formation in various operating conditions is studied.
