The thesis has devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations to strategy formation of the enterprise customer-related behaviour with regard to the current conditions of uncertainty market. The author has proposed the concept of «customer-related behaviour of the enterprise» based on research transforming the content of the concept of «economic behaviour of the enterprise». Methodological approaches to the research of consumer reaction in the market have grounded in forming the behaviour of the enterprise with the simultaneous selection of instruments of influence. The peculiarities of the management of the relationship between the strategy and the customer-related behaviour of the enterprise under conditions of market uncertainty have revealed.
