Leliukh (Peter) M. Improvement of management in agricultural service cooperatives.

The thesis is dedicated to enchancement of theoretical and methodological bases of management’s agricultural service cooperatives, which are investigated by substantiating the genesis of agricultural service cooperatives paradigms, definition of the theoretical principles of management of the activity’s the service cooperative in agriculture, generalization of methodical bases for assessing the efficiency of agricultural service cooperatives activity. The current state of development’s entrepreneurial activity in agriculture and the preconditions for the establishment of a service cooperative, tendencies of development’s agricultural service cooperatives in the world and in Ukraine, and especially of the management in the coops are generalized. The results of clustering of formed coops groups are presented. The directions of increase of social and economic efficiency of activity’s agricultural service cooperatives by means of activation on the system of management by them are substantiated. The conceptual foundations of the aforementioned are based on such improvement: relations in cooperatives on the principles of transparency, organizational structure and functions on the basis of controlling, the order of determining vectors and subjective diversification of economic activity, the order of coordination’s the development of agricultural service cooperatives with the methods of state support, methodological approach to evaluation efficiency of activity.
