Brodovska O. The development of public procurement in the social sphere in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the mechanisms of ensuring and developing of practical recommendations for the development of public procurement system in Ukraine. Conceptual framework of public procurement are studied in this work. The conceptual apparatus of science governance in public procurement are specified. The scientific approach are added of the combination of Public Budgeting scientific order that result-oriented and performance-based funding method. The experience of public procurement in education is generalized and theoretical and practical approaches to the funding of the state educational order are ordered. The present condition and specifics of procurement activities in the social field are analyzed. Amendments to the legislation of Ukraine concerning the definition of principles for procurement are proved. Methodological approaches to the implementation mechanism of the state order for the results of scientific and technological activities are proposed.
