Nosach A. Administrative and Legal Forms of the Activity of the Security Service of Ukraine on Counteracting Terrorism

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the content and peculiarities of administrative and legal forms of the activities of the Security Service of Ukraine on counteracting terrorism. The author of the paper has characterized the content and features of the counteraction to terrorism as a separate area of law enforcement activity. The objective, tasks and principles of the activity of the Security Service of Ukraine on counteracting terrorism have been determined. The competence of the Security Service of Ukraine to counteract terrorism has been researched. The legal guaranteeing of administrative activity of the Security Service of Ukraine for combating terrorism has been analyzed. The system of administrative and legal forms of the activity of the Security Service of Ukraine on counteracting terrorism has been determined. The legal forms of administrative activity of the Security Service of Ukraine for combating terrorism have been characterized. The author has analyzed organizational forms of the implementation of law enforcement function for counteracting terrorism by the Security Service of Ukraine. The ways of improving administrative legislation, which regulates the activity of the Security Service to counteract terrorism have been defined. International experience of counteracting terrorism and its use in Ukraine has been analyzed. The ways of development of the forms of interaction of the Security Service with the state authorities and the public in the field of counteracting terrorism have been found out.
