Dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodical positions and to making analysis of improvement reserves of organizational and economic management providing of the foreign economic activity of agro-industrial formations of Ukraine.
Complex analysis of foreign economic of agro-industrial formations management’s gist allows to determine it as an active influence of management apparatus to mutually benefited economic relations with foreign enterprises, which are connected with providing of all kinds of resources, manufacturing and delivery to the customer agro-industrial production with the aim to achieve the desired parameter of AIF activity. Next issues were defined, the gist, kinds, emergence factors and positive and negative integration effects to AIF. It is suggested to understand AIF as a complex of technologically, economically, legally and organizationally connected enterprises and organizations, tat conduct resource supplying, manufacturing, transportation, storage, recycling, marketing and sale of agro industrial production. Accesses were systemized to grouping AIF by different classification features.
Dualistic approach to consideration of organizational and economical management providing of FEA AIF was substantiated in static and dynamic concept, its organizational and economical components were identified. With the aim to implement the quantitative assessment of the organizational and economical management providing level of FEA AIF proper index-indicators were suggested. It was proved that the organizational and economical management providing of FEA AIF belongs to latent attribute, for assessment of its level it is the best to use the taxonomic analysis algorithm. Methodological calculation support of the vertical integration AIF level was developed.
AIC’s development features research allowed to draw a conclusion about the existence of persistent tendency to ascending by all main indicators. AIC’s part of production in Ukrainian export increased to 30% for last 12 years and now it reaches 50%. Oil and fats production for years of independence increased 4.5 times, that was caused by demand at foreign markets. It was proved that agricultural production growth in Ukraine strongly depends on export, the pair correlation coefficient for analyzed period is 65%, that causes necessity to improve the level of organizational and economical management providing of FEA AIF.
As a result of quantitative assessment of some particular index-indicators of organizational and economical management providing of FEA AIF using classical, modified and combined algorithm of taxonomic analysis, it was identified that the highest level of organizational and economical management providing of FEA had Kernel Holding S.A., and the lowest had ADM Ukraine. Improvement reserves of organizational and economical management providing of FEA AIF, which are specialized in oil and fat production, were detected. In consequence of proposed issues implementation concerning to using of detected reserves, the level of organizational and economical management providing of FEA ADM Ukraine can be increased and the enterprise can rise to the second place in the rating, revenue and relative market share will increase by 10%, sales profitability by 1.5% and the income by 7.5 billion hryvnas.
