Pawliszczy D. Organization and economic mechanism of development of the favorable entrepreneurial environment

The thesis reveals the essence of the entrepreneurial environment as an element of the national economy. The scientific approaches towards the determination of the essence of entrepreneurial environment have been analyzed and the author’s interpretation has been suggested. The theoretical fundamentals of the working out of organization and economic mechanism of entrepreneurial environment formation have been substantiated. The main structural elements of organization and economic mechanism of favorable entrepreneurial environment development have been defined. The leading foreign experience of favorable entrepreneurial environment formation has been generalized. The main features of the entrepreneurial environment have been analyzed; their influence on the functioning of the enterprise sector of national economy has been investigated. The topical issues, which greatly put back the development of entrepreneurship, have been distinguished. It has been noticed, that the quantitative estimation of the level of entrepreneurial environment favorability increases the efficiency of the state policy, simplifies the procedure of comparative analysis. The methodical approaches to the evaluation of the entrepreneurial environment favorability level have been developed. The conceptual approach to the increase of the entrepreneurial environment favorability level has been proposed. The algorithm of the forecasting of the level of entrepreneurial environment favorability has been worked out. The predictive model has been constructed and the calculations of the level of entrepreneurial environment favorability in Ukraine for the long term perspective have been made.
