The essence and significance of sports and health services are revealed. The basic principles of state regulation of the studied services are determined. The peculiarities of the market of sports and health services are revealed. The main problems of development of sports and health services are investigated. The tendencies of regulation of the market of sports-health services are analyzed. The perspective directions of perfection of the mechanism of management of territorial sports-health institutions are formed. A model of state regulation of the market of sports and health services in the conditions of an unstable economic situation is developed. The priority directions of increasing the efficiency of regulation of the market of sports and health services are singled out.
