Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of diagnostics and treatment of comorbide pathology: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), osteoarthritis (OA) and dyslipidemia (DL) (90 patients). On the basis of the study of investigation influence of systemic inflammation on the course of each nosology and the mutual burden in combination is verified. The efficiency of the complex application of rosuvastatin and fenspiride hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with comorbide pathology has been proved, which positively influenced the clinical signs, indicators of systemic inflammation and lipid metabolism, and the quality of life (р<0,05).
