Essay

In the dissertation, we have investigated the theory, methodology and practice of a modern electronic component in the criminal justice in Ukraine. We prove that in order to introduce the electronic criminal justice it is necessary to change the criminal procedural form. We have identified the following elements of the criminal procedural form such as criminal procedural algorithms, fixing the criminal process and the tools of the criminal process.
