Topolnitskyi V. Administrative and legal basis of judicial representation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the study of administrative and legal aspects of the representation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in the courts. The analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the representation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the courts, its historical and legal sources, as a result of which it became possible to clarify the essence of this type of judicial representation and determine the administrative and legal norms therein. The analysis of administrative and legal support for the implementation of the representation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the courts in accordance with the current legislation. The foreign experience of administrative and legal support for the implementation of the mission of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the courts has been explored and its own ways of increasing its effectiveness have been proposed.
